Open Assets
The Open Assets platform is a way for you to manage assets, risks and provides insights. As a single point of Assets within your business, these user guides will help you guide your way through the various functionality that the Open Assets platform has and tell you about new functinality as it is released.
Activating your account
Before you can log into your account you will need to activate it by opening the link emailed to you by your system administrator.
This will take you through to set your initial password.
Note
If your activation email does not work then another invitation can be sent by your System Admin.
Logging in
Once activated, you can log into the Open Asset platform through the Login pageopen in new window.
Username: The email address that your activation email was sent to.
Password: This is personal to you. It doesn't matter if you forget it though, see below on how to reset it.
Resetting your password
From the Login pageopen in new window click on the Forgot your Password? link.
Enter the email address associated to your account and click Send reset link
An email will be sent to the email address registered to your account with a link to enter a new password.
Accessing the Sandbox
If you have access to the Open Asset Sandbox, it can be accessed hereopen in new window
Please note that the Sandbox credentials are managed separetly from Production so please make sure your system admin has given you access before you try.
